Community Meeting

Kia Ora all,
I would strongly encourage you all to come along and attend this meeting as it will effect us all in some way or another.
The Buller Health Action Group is organising a community meeting to discuss our proposed Hospital. They will share what has happened so far and what we want in the future. There will be opportunity for the audience to speak?? I think.
Damian O'Conor, David Clark, Jacinda Ahern are invited.   The meeting will go ahead regardless of the appearance of these people.
The Meeting is set  for Tuesday 6 March, 7pm at the NBS Theatre. It will be a good chance to find out where we are at and share ideas. We need the public's help.   Please come along!

Mokihinui Cemetery Study

We visited the Mokihinui Cemetery.  While we were there we had to find the oldest person, the youngest, Mr Andersons grandparents and look at headstones that we found interesting.  We also found some of Jack Neighbours (Willman's) family and Mr Avery and Mrs Clementsons old basketball coach, Mrs MacMillan!
Morris, Jessica and Phoenix found Mr Anderson's grandparents straight away.

Ayla found the oldest person in the cemetery.

Mr Avery found Mrs MacMillan's grave.

Jack was super impressed with this awesome headstone.

Ngakawau Pool Visit!

On our way back from Mokihinui R12 stopped for a swim at the Ngakawau Pool.  It was awesome!  Then we finished up camp with lunch at the Band Rotunda in Granity.

Regan on the drive home.  This is what happens when you wake up at 5.05am!
