Hi everyone,
After speaking with the teachers at Shanty Town, they told me that the Paleontology Day was actually organised by another school who have very few children. They were looking for a few extra children to make up the numbers. As such I have given the children in Room 12 a notice about it and if you would like to take your child down for the day you just need to phone them to organise this yourself (the number is at the bottom of the form). The cost is $4.00 for children and no cost for adults who are taking them. It would be a really great experience however I do understand that many of you may be working or have other commitments. It is set for the 25th of July which is in the first week of Term 2.
