Wonderful Writing!
ANZAC Day Activities
We have been busy learning about the ANZAC's. Hopefully we will see some of you at the parade next Thursday. If your child would like to walk in the parade with Westport South School they will need to wear their school uniform. More details to follow.
Top Camper Awards
The whole school met for assembly and shared out the Top Camper Awards for Term 1. Well done Tamina and Noah!
Rain Poem
Teoti bought in a porcelain figurine to show the class for news. We used it as inspiration in handwriting and copied a poem from the board, illustrating it ourselves.
Golden Child
To hone our basketball shooting skills as well as working on our sprinting ability, Room 12 played a game of Golden Child. First we mixed the teams then it was the clash of Boys V Girls... Congrats to the girls who won their game!
The Sausage Sizzle
Teoti read a book called "Sausages" with Mrs Clem. Then he made some for the class. They were yummy! Thanks Teoti!
