Mindful Eating...


It didn't make much noise!

Ayla thought it looked a bit like stained glass.

I really don't think Kade liked the taste!

Everyone had a taste.
We practiced mindful eating in class.  We had use all our senses before tasting.  Not quite sure if Room 12 loved the taste though!
